Delivered to serve ministries has got a number of activities, ministries, projects and services among these include the following. (D.T.S.) delivered to serve Band Under delivered to serve ministries there is delivered to serve band that also offers gospel music, dance and life skills through drama, skits etc. the fact is that it is delivered to serve band that gave birth to delivered to serve ministries we are talking about to day. The vision bearer being a musician so we started as a music ministry but after wards the vision developed and so we came up with the now delivered to serve ministries. “God had called me for youths as young as I was I did not know exactly what God was meaning therefore I just continued with my talent as a musician but as time went on God continued to convict me time by time not until the mind of beginning a youth group develop in me and so God confirmed that that was exactly what he was meaning and so from delivered to serve band I came up with delivered to ministries.” Says MR BIYINZIKA EMMANUEL vision bearer and executive director delivered to serve ministries. Through delivered to serve (D.T.S.) band we have achieved a lot the band has so far recorded more than two albums of gospel music that is quite liked and inspiring by many people around the country. The band has also given birth to some projects like brick laying, poultry keeping projects and we are also at the moment thinking of beginning a piggery unit project that we think will yield some good profits to support the ministry however we have not yet got the resources to open up this project, therefore we request you our friend to pray for us that God may provide us with the required resources for enhancement of this project. LEADERSHIP D.T.S. BAND. Delivered to serve band has got the leadership because as we said from the beginning that ministry is not a one man’s show but a team work and also it is by influence Jesus also said that sheep with out shepherd suffers and loiters. Therefore we believe that for any organized group or ministry with a vision must have leadership. The following are some of the leaders and their positions in delivered to serve band. Mobilizer: - Mr. Livingstone Ibamba Ass Mobilizer: - Joshua………….. Secretary: - Mrs. Sofi………….. Ass Secretary: - Miss. Kaikara Prosy. ETC (D.T.S) Sunday school ministry. Delivered to serve ministries empowers not only youths but also categorized as under14 Years group. This group offers life skills to their fellow children and teaches them selves (biblical knowledge) being guided by us mature Christians. They minister in gospel music composed by us and some few songs by them selves Activities 1. We organize music shows and invite the public to come and watch our music we also invite other Sunday schools from different churches and we work together. Through this we have got a lot of support from the public around the whole town. However we not yet recorded any song for limited resources but we still believe God that he will enable us. 2. We minister in church (miracle finish centre church) through music 3. We also organize children or Sunday school seminars and conferences where we sensitize more children on the new move of God, we seriously tell them what God is currently doing and what is in his mind about the children of their kind. Youth services/ Sundays This is a service organized once in a month lead by our youths of delivered to serve ministries. In this service every thing is done by youths in the whole service That’s to say praise and worship are both lead by youths, special singing ministry also the youths, programming and also preaching is done by the youths of the delivered to serve ministries Through this service many youths have been attracted to the service to the church and it has brought a spiritual growth to their lives. Many people have blessed through this service and we have also seen the hand of God upon our lives and indeed we have seen him using us on a different level. And really thank God and praise him for that grace he has given to us in this period. School reach ministry. Since delivered to serve ministries is a youth founded ministry most of our youths are scholars in different levels of education some are in primary level, others in secondary ‘O’ level others in secondary ‘A’ level while others are in higher institution like universities, technical, colleges and others in universities since the vision bearer is also in university. Therefore it makes it easy for us to mobilize through our members already in those institutions and visit their scripture unions; we preach in these unions and also minister to them through our music ministry. Through this ministry we have won favor before many students of these institutions and also before some teacher, tutors, principals, lecturers and head teachers. We also some times visit schools during the times of final exams and pray and encourage the students and we also with them success in their exams and the fact is that many of them testify that through our encouragements and prayers, God has helped them and passed their exams well and so they give back praise to the lord. (D.T.S.) Door to door ministry. This is a team of committed youths under the delivered to serve ministries whose work is to move from door to door preaching the gospel and also encourage new converts to Christ. More so youths who have just received Christ in their lives. In fact these people seriously need discipleship so through this ministry many youth have been discipled. Activities:- • Preaching the gospel to people in their homes we have indeed reached the services and we brought the solution to people’s problems nearer to them • Encouraging new converts who would have lost power are helped and have gained power and strength in Christ • Praying for the sick at their homes, this has helped many of them who would have died before their times through this activity we reached our services nearer to the people and we have also seen God working and people have gained faith and strength in Christ Jesus. Hospital ministry. In this ministry we sit mobilize, pull contribute and collect some money we can then we organize and visit the main hospital in our home town plus some clicks nearer to us and we give the sick people what we have managed to contribute and so we also pray to them and also we preach to them, many have accepted Christ Jesus and others have been healed of course not all and some Testify that Jesus healed them through our services offered to them in the hospitals. Sincerely speaking God has blessed us through this ministry and don’t regret as to why do it. Youth conferences / seminars. In conjunction with other youths ministries and organizations like HK child rescue orphanage ministry, Horse power youth ministries international, and other organizations like Empowering Child and youth support organizations, delivered to serve ministry organizes youth conference and seminars mainly in schools, colleges, technical institutions and universities. We always make proper preparations with their scripture unions through our own members already there it is always very easy for us more so in Christian founded schools and universities. We most times organize like a full week conference and so we speak to the youths encourage them and tell them is in God’s mind about them and how they can conduct themselves during this we do counseling, bible study Through these conferences and seminars students and teachers, tutors and some lecturers have turned to Christ Jesus and Joined different churches in the whole town. Simple crusades. Delivered to serve ministry in conjunction with the born again youth federation in Iganga town, we some times organize simple crusades but due to shortage of enough funds like good musical instrument, louder speakers good microphones etc and can make our crusades colorful, we do it at small scale therefore we request you our friend to be reading this web page to pray and also do what you can to help us come out of this limitation and God will bless you. Music shows. These are like concerts prepared almost every month. In this activity, we organize and pass advertisements over Radio stations and also design billboards or posters, and we invite the public to come and enjoy, be edified by our inspiring gospel music. Doing this we charge some money from them this small money helps us to smooth run the ministry. We always invite other artistes from different places of the country come join us and we make these shows colorful so the money collected helps us in catering for transport costs and some allowances to the invited artistes from different places of the country. We also pay for the advertisements to the radio stations and to the billboards designers. These shows have helped us indeed, we have gained favor before multitudes of people and also we have created more relationship with artistes from different places it has made it possible for us to reach other places in the country because of the friends in those places. Music galas: - These are also almost similar to the music shows only that for they are free of charge there is entry payments made. We make adverts through out the whole town and we invite the public to come and enjoy our inspiring music just for free also other artistes inside and out side our town come and also minister in a collaboration way. Some times when we don’t have enough funds to invite other ministers from outside the town we only do it on our own with the support of our pastors and we do it on small scale we pray to God day and night that he may enlarge us financially that we may manage to do all what we wish to do in the name of the Lord. Field work activity. This is an activity carried out once in a while. We organize and move out not for spiritual issues/matters don’t we go to do like music neither do we go for like bible study but we only go for refreshment, rest after a lot of ministry work but we only go other physical research on different issues that are social, political economical, and geographical etc we some times just make tour around different places, spend time on internet we make navigation to get friends and also communicate with already our friends and partners around the whole world. This has made us more creative, innovative and too much informed about many things around the whole world. Some times also God communicate with during these periods of rest and get to know the way forward. Orphanage reach ministry. This is a ministry dine from time to time where we sit as delivered to serve ministers/members and we pull some money from ourselves and also collect some money and material equipment from churches of our main ministry the apostolic and prophetic finish ministries and miracle finish centre churches Uganda. Then we visit some orphanages homes, organizations and ministries dealing with orphans just like we said in partner organizations that we are relating and partnering with orphanage organization like Empowering Child And Youth Support Organization (ECAYSO) www.ecayso.cfsites.org , HK child rescue and orphanage ministries. www.hkorphanageministries.cfsites.org . Therefore we take it a serious activity and through this we seen a blessing from God and some orphans have become our beneficiaries. We really feel good when we are helping the needy and an orphan and we like doing a volunteer work.
