VISSION
Our vision is to impact nations with the kingdom of God
• A multifaceted kingdom institution that has great impact over systems and other communities by expressing kingdom culture, standards and values. (Impacting nations with the kingdom of God).
Isaiah 2:2-3
Now it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established on the top of the mountains,
And shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow to it.
3 Many people shall come and say,” come, and let us go up to the mountain of the lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; he will teach us His ways, and we shall walk in His paths.” for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
NKJV
• A centre of attraction and our major target is to preach the gospel of the kingdom to all nations just like Jesus did.
Matt 4:23-24
23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people.
NKJV
• Also the bible says since John the Baptist, the gospel of the kingdom of heaven is being preached.
Matt 11:11-12
. 12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.
NKJV
MISSION
Our mission is to help youths on how to identifying potentials God put in them, develop these potentials, and we see that these potential are applied to the nations.
GOAL
Our major goal is to empower, prepare and raise youths to become fully devoted and committed servants of God.
Why are we called delivered to serve ministry
The reason as to why we call our selves Delivered To Serve ministry, we believe that God has a purpose as to why he deliver some people and that purpose is to serve him, therefore we consider ourselves as people who were delivered by God purposely to serve him. That is why we call our selves “Delivered To Serve ministry”.
He delivered Abraham from the reproach of not having any child which a big reproach in Israel before he used him.
Deut 25:5-7
5 "If brothers dwell together, and one of them dies and has no son, the widow of the dead man shall not be married to a stranger outside the family; her husband's brother shall go in to her, take her as his wife, and perform the duty of a husband's brother to her. 6 And it shall be that the firstborn son which she bears will succeed to the name of his dead brother, that his name may not be blotted out of Israel.
NKJV
God had a big plan on the life of Abraham he wanted to use him (to serve God) to reach nations. That’s why God delivered him.
Gen 12:1-3
2:1 Now the LORD had said to Abram:
"Get out of your country, from your family and from your father's house, to a land that I will show you.
2 I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing.
3 I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you;
And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed."
NKJV
Also God delivered the children of Israel from bondage (Egypt) to the Promised Land in order for the children of Israel to serve him that’s why God speaks to Moses like this:-
Ex 9:1
9:1 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Go in to Pharaoh and tell him, 'thus says the LORD God of the Hebrews: "Let My people go, that they may serve Me.
NKJV
We see Moses instructing them to fulfill the purpose of God as to why God delivered them from the land of bondage (Egypt)
Deut 10:12.
12 "And now, Israel, what does the LORD your God require of you, but to fear the LORD your God, to walk in all His ways and to love Him, to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul,
NKJV
Even in the New Testament it is stated well that the reason as to why we are delivered is to proclaim the praises of God (serving him).
1 Peter 2:9-10
9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
10 who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.
NKJV.
One day Joshua made a declaration to serve God who delivered them from (Egypt) to the Promised Land.
Josh 24:17-18
17 for the LORD our God is He who brought us and our fathers up out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage, who did those great signs in our sight, and preserved us in all the way that we went and among all the people through whom we passed.
18 And the LORD drove out from before us all the people, including the Amorites who dwelt in the land. We also will serve the LORD, for He is our God."
NKJV
For that reason therefore that is why we call our selves Delivered to serve ministry because we believe that the only purpose as to why God delivered us from different bondage, limitations was that He wanted us to serve Him.
